Jords, is a Croydon-based artist who has consistently demonstrated his musical prowess and has been on a meteoric rise since the release of his motion picture-assisted project Almost an Adult in 2020, and has now seen success with over 20 million streams.
More recently, Jords released the album 'Dirt in the Diamond’ with notable features such as Masego, Wretch 32 and Kranium. This was the first uk rap album to be released on legendary Motown records, Jords also released a 27-minute short film of the same name, that was selected for the TriBeCa Film festival, and nominated for 11 awards, most notably the MOBO for video of the year, 3 UK music video awards, BBC 1xtra Hotlist and UK 2 RnB Awards.
Jords has presented his supporters with a hybrid of smooth hip-hop with a mixture of R&B and poetry, making him a breath of fresh air to current sounds. His ability to captivate an audience with his impressive wordplay has allowed Jords to work with many esteemed artists (Wretch 32, D Double E, Lil Sykes, Cashh, Tim Lyre, Jordan Mackampa, Joe Sonar, Maxi Priest and more) as a rapper, singer, songwriter and producer steadily building a portfolio of inspiring, compelling music.

Jords is more than just a musician; he's a championing pioneer in the Black-British Caribbean community - recently founding the charity Pickni Uniforms in 2021, an initiative setup to provide affordable school uniforms for all children and even provide a 'Free School Uniforms’ Initiative alongside this. He has also helped to launch a label with mental health charity ‘Key Changes’ who help rehabilitate people who have left mental health facilities by using music as a creative outlet and form of therapy.
